Negroni
1 oz gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz sweet vermouth
Garnish: orange peel rolled and pierced with a cocktail pick

Sparkling Pear-Ginger
1/2 oz pear & ginger simple syrup
1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
1/2 oz lemon juice
3 oz sparkling wine
Garnish: small slices of pear and a touch of baby’s breath on a cocktail pick
White Peach and Elderflower Cooler
(Makes 6 cocktails)
1/2 cup elderflower liqueur
1.5 cups soda water
3 cups sparkling wine
Garnish: thyme sprigs, thinly sliced white peach and Queen Anne’s lace
Featured: Marta Olive Double Old Fashioned Glass
Plum and Thyme Prosecco Smash
1/2 oz thyme simple syrup
1/2 oz lemon juice
Top with sparkling wine
Garnish: quartered plums and thyme branches on wooden skewer cut to height of glass
