1 oz Campari
1 oz sweet vermouth
Garnish: orange peel rolled and pierced with a cocktail pick
1/2 oz pear & ginger simple syrup
1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
1/2 oz lemon juice
3 oz sparkling wine
Garnish: small slices of pear and a touch of baby’s breath on a cocktail pick
(Makes 6 cocktails)
